Amalia Kovaiou, born in 1999 and raised in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece, began her creative journey in photography in 2012. Over the years, she has worked with renowned brands, including Peugeot Greece, H&M, Kérastase, Under Armour, This is Athens, and Travel.gr, showcasing her ability to create compelling visuals that resonate across diverse projects.
In 2022, Amalia ventured into cinematography, working as a camera operator for the short film Handbrake, an experience that ignited her passion for filmmaking. By the end of that year, she worked as a still photographer for Sima's Song, directed by Roya Sadat.
Amalia’s career reached new heights when she joined the acclaimed Netflix series Maestro in Blue, directed by Christopher Papakaliatis, as the still photographer. Her role in this production reflects her growing influence in the world of visual storytelling.
